Founded in 2016, Chongqing Zhongyite Artisan Mold Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Chongqing Jiangjin Shuangfu Kunhuang Jiayuan Industrial Park, only 3 km away from the light rail and Chongqing Beltway High Speed, with very convenient transportation.

Zhongyite Company is a modern enterprise integrating product design, development, manufacturing, sales, and services. There are more than 30 employees with an annual output value of 20 million yuan. The Company’s main products are: various automotive aluminum hub molds, automotive motor case molds, the annual output of various molds is more than 300 sets.

With the strong technical power, the headquarters of the Company has an independent technical R & D team and more than 10 professional technicians in the industry; in terms of technical software application, we adopt the domestic advanced CAD, CAM, CAE software, from the conceptual design of the product to the structural strength analysis of the product, to the flow analysis of the mold, forming a development of one-stop service, greatly improving the one-time pass rate of new products, shortening the development cycle of new products, and winning valuable time for new products to quickly occupy the market. And in 2013, the Company successfully applied the water cooling technology to the low-pressure hub mold, and obtained the national invention patent, breaking through the embarrassing situation that the industry wants to use and dare not use, it’s hard to control after using it; the successful application of water cooling technology has greatly improved the production efficiency and mechanical properties of low-pressure hubs, at the same time, because of the recycling of the water cooling, it not only reduces the air cooling noise of the production workshop, but also saves a large amount of electrical energy of the air compressor, responding to the requirements of energy conservation and consumption reduction advocated by the state.
