New technology application for design verification
The company has specially introduced technologies for product structural strength analysis (FEA) and casting mold flow analysis (MFA).Two (CAE) technologies, in the design of new products and mold design stage, CAE technology is used.On the one hand, the product structure design can be further optimized,On the other hand, it greatly reduces the multiple moulds and trials caused by NG and poor casting performance test, that is, it shortens the trial period and reduces the cost of trials.
